RefWorks ... great citation tool -- RefGrab pulls in those websites, too! Excellent tutorials under the Help menu. But remember, as with many import tools, what comes in is what goes out -- check that what comes into RefWorks is (a) spelled correctly, (b) has correct spacing between words, and (c) uses caps and lower case properly for APA style.

Zotero ... great FREE citation tool that works with Mozilla Firefox. Excellent tutorials on Zotero website. Computer-specific; to make available on another computer, must export/import "My Library".
